On the confirmation by Gates MacBain Associates Ltd that a place is available for a course or event an invoice and booking form will be sent out to prospective delegates/students.
Any place provissionally offered will be held for 14 working days by which time Gates MacBain Associates Ltd must have received the booking form and the full fee for the event.
Cheques should be made payable to: Gates MacBain Associates Ltd.
Confirmation of the course details will be sent once an application has been processed though candidates/students should contact Gates MacBain Associates Ltd if they have not received this within one week of the course/event start date.
In the event of a delegate/student not being able to attend a suitable alternative may be sent providing Gates MacBain Associates Ltd are informed and that the replacement has the requisite qualifications or experience for the courses.
In the event of cancellation by the delegate/student up to 4 weeks prior to the course a handling fee of £25 will be deducted from any monies paid, the remaining being refunded.
Any cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks will receive a 50% refund of monies paid.
No refund will be given if cancellation occurs within two weeks of the start date of the course/event.
Gates MacBain Associates Ltd reserve the right to change the venue and/or speaker for all events if operational events dictate.
In the event of cancellation by Gates MacBain Associates Ltd for any reason, a full refund of any payments received will be made, which will be the full extent of their liability.
A delegates/students and their sponsor shall indemnify Gates MacBain Associates Ltd for any negligent or criminal damage caused to the premises or any property associated with the delivery of this programme.
Gates MacBain Associates Ltd does not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to any property brought to the premises used in conjunction with this course/event .
