Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment (DipDEA)
This course is ideal for new entrants to the residential inspection industry or those wishing to embark on this area of work.
Consists of five, two day sessions and one day revision and examination over a six month period.
Conversion from the Domestic Energy Assessor to Home Inspector (DipHI)
This course is designed for candidates who have attained the DipDEA and wish to achieve the Home Inspectors Diploma.
Consists of ten, two day sessions and one day revision and examination over an eleven month period.
Diploma in Home Inspection (DipHI) - for new entrants.
Provides instruction for new entrants to the residential inspection industry for those wishing to embark on this work as a career.
Consists of thirteen, two day sessions and one day revision and examination over a fourteen month period.
