CIOB Level 3 Diploma in Site Supervisory Studies
Who Should Attend
This course is intended for those in site supervision or training for site supervisory positions and who require a formal and internationally recognised qualification. Those who successfully complete this programme will be eligible to commence the CIOB Site Managers Certificate and Diploma.
Course Overview
The course consists of 6 modules which are studied on a day or block release basis.
Candidates will study the following modules:

Maintaining the Dimensional Accuracy of the Work

Working with People

Developing Personal Skills of Teams and Self
Teaching and learning is by a combination of course exercise and project work; examinations are not required to achieve this qualification.

CIOB Level 4 Certificate and Diploma in Site Management Studies
Who Should Attend
This course is intended for site managers, foremen, agent or those in a similar position, who require a formal and internationally recognised qualification. Those who have completed the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Site Supervisors Course will possess the necessary prerequisite qualification to commence this programme of study.
Course Overview
The course consists of two distinct stages requiring the completion of 4 units for the completion of the certificate stage. On completion of four units the candidate is awarded the CIOB Certificate in Site Management. Candidates may then complete a further 8 units and qualify for the CIOB Diploma in Site Management and Associate membership of the CIOB; allowing the designatory letters of ACIOB to be used subject to approval by the CIOB of the applicant’s experience. Each module is studied over a two day duration spread over the year; the work schedule is intensive.
